Maximum confidentiality guaranteed both in reservation and during your stay.

  • Your contact will always be the same person.
  • We accept stays for a minimum of 5 days or more.
  • Pets are allowed in the garden area only, not inside the house.
  • It is strictly forbidden smoking inside the house.
  • Free Wi-Fi.

Prices and stay:

The fares refer to the entire property and for 2 guests (maximum number of guests allowed is 4).

It is not allowed to stay for other guests than those mentioned at the time of booking and part of the lease contract.

The fares for rent do not include utilities (power, water, gas, air-conditioned). Utility bills are not included.

The cost of final cleaning for stays over 7 days is € 40,00.

If you would like to book, it is necessary to make a money transfer in order to confirm your reservation (it consists of 50% of the total fare) and then send a copy of the transfer receipt by e-mail. If the money transfer will not arrive in 3 days, the booking will be cancelled.

You will pay the other 50% at check-in, plus also a deposit of € 500.00 cash (only for new guest). The deposit will be returned at the moment of check-out.

Payment by credit card, debit card or cheque is not avalaible.

It is also required to send a copy of your ID card at the moment of booking (only for one guest).

Cancellation fee:

If you cancel before 90 days from booking, you will be refunded the full amount paid.

If you cancel between the 89th day and the 60th day from booking, you will be refunded of the 50% of the full amount paid.

If you cancel between the 59th day and the 30th day from booking, you will be refunded of 25% of the full amount paid.

If you cancel between the 29th day and the check-in date, you will be not refunded of the full amount paid.

Check-in and check-out

You can check-in from 11.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m., but first you have to call 2 hours before, early check-in on request only.

The guest will be refused to stay in the following cases:

  • Dissimilarity of personal data;
  • No money transfer and/or deposit cash;
  • No ID card;
  • Different people than those indicated at the time of booking;

At check-in you will sign the lease with terms and condition of rent.

We can deliver the keys in another place different from Casabianca Marsala on demand.

Check-out is available from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. (no late check-out allowed), you have to call 2 hours before.

If needed we have a luggage deposit in another place (we disclaim any damage or theft).

For departure over this hours, it is possible to leave the keys inside the property and leave. Deposit cash will be returned by money transfer after we will check the good condition of the property.

In case of delay leaving the property over 9.00 a.m., you will be charged of another day of rent.

The Casabianca Marsala is equipped with 1 double room upstairs but we can provide two additional single beds on request.

Fully equipped with every comfort inside, the house is customized both in furniture and details.

The bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe and bath set. High quality bed linen, towel and sponge.

Air conditioning, heating, free wireless internet access, three flat satellite pay-tv screens (the 50 inch in the living room, the 32 inch in the bedroom, and the 22 inch in the bathroom), minibar and safe.

The house is provided with sufficient equipment and accessories for the number of guests booked. At check-in, the guest is required to check for any damage and failures of equipment.

Cleaning and maintenance.

The house will be given cleaned, equipped and complete with bed linen and bath towels for every guest.

The guest is invited to return it clean and tidy. The guest is in charge of the cleaning of the kitchen, the fridge emptied and the waste to be removed; in case of default it will be charged €. 40.00. For stays of 7 nights and more the guest has to pay the final cleaning fee of €. 40.00.

On demand and with additional cost it is possible to ask for a change of linen and bathroom equipment (shampoo, shower gel, body cream, soap), and cleaning for the entire building even daily (please read additional services).


The host and the agency disclaim every responsibility for:

  • Damages, injuries, theft and any inconvenience that could happen inside the house.
  • Interruption of service (water, power) caused by fault and/or issues with the provider company.



On request and with additional charge we can provide the following services:

  • Daily linen services: if the stay is more than one night you can request a change of linen service (sheets, towels and bath towels) at the cost of € 45,00 per day (up to three guests), at the cost of € 55,00 per day (4 guests).
  • Daily cleaning service: If the stay is more then three nights you can ask for cleaning of the entire property for € 40.00 per day.
  • Bathroom supplies: If the stay is more then three nights you can ask for bath kit (a bottle of shampoo, shower gel, soap) at the cost of € 3,00 per day.
  • Laundry service: on demand you can ask for laundry service (you can find the price list inside the house).
  • Transfer Service: we pick and leave you up wherever you want.
  • Catering: on demand you can order breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a snack during the stay in the apartment at the time requested.
  • Pay TV service: The house isequipped with TV with SKY (Italian pay TV service) subscription (at the cost of € 10,00 per day). You can also book the event/occasion that you will want to view (at the cost of € 15,00 per event).
  • Bike rental: € 7.00 per day.
  • PC service: You can ask for a 14 inch laptop 14 with Wi-Fi included for € 10.00 per day.
